Wm. Harter died last Sunday afternoon after a very paintful illness. Funeral Tuesday at the home byt Rev. JW Dudley. Interment at Romney. Mr. Harter was within a few days of 25 years of age. His disease was tuberculosis. He was never very strong - thanks Kim H
